Do you mean something like Terratec EWS XXL?
IMHO they were the best choice for musicians, but these cards are not meant for general purpose use. |

It's PowerColor evilKING 3 Extreme 16Mb (3Dfx Voodoo 3 3000). I have it in my collection.
