BTW, I have another PCPU3V75 (SZ977) & PCPU3V90 (SZ978) that with the gold heatspreader.
Which one is rare if compare with PCPU3V90 (SZ995) & PCPU3V100 (SZ996)? |

In my opinion PCPU3V75 is about as rare as PCPU3V90 and PCPU3V100. Those with gold plated heatspreader may be a bit more rare as it's more difficult to find them in good condition.
