Probably it has a charge of C4 inside and will blow up your PC if you install it Laughing

Interesting chip by the way.

IBM C4 process more then likely

It could also relate to IBM's C4 (controlled collapse chip connection) "flip-chip" interconnect and advanced multilayer ceramic substrate packaging technology.
