Hi!
What is the tj max of celeron 450 cpu?
I have search it here, http://ark.intel.com/products/35239/Intel-Celeron-Processor-450-(512K-Cache-2_20-GHz-800-MHz-FSB), but i have not found it..

Intel only provides case temperature for processors with integrated heatspreaders. It's on the page, that you linked. Junction temperature is never included in public datasheets and specifications for this type of processors.
