Hello,
Your card is a DEC KA-820 CPU (most likely Rev -AA), aka T1001. IMHO among the nicest vintage DEC cards. It has been used in the DEC VAX 8250/8350 midrange systems. Its processor is the not-so-common DEC V11 "Scorpio" clocked at 5 MHz. The beautiful multichip module (DEC DC327) contains the control ROM and some RAM.
