Here's an odd one. It's an Athlon XP for socket 939. CPU-Z can't decipher much about it, but it does lack 64 bit support.

It's a strange one. ABASC is a production core:

but the processor is marked as engineering sample (first letter "Z"). The processor has smaller cache size, only 256 KB. Maybe it's a sample of socket 939 Sempron?

what CPUid is the processor giving?

ABASC is listed for the following
Mobile K8 Athlon XP-M FC0
Athlon 64 FF0 (DH7-CG)

also can you read the package number?

Here's what CPU reports.

My guess is that it's basically the same as the socket 754 mobile Athlon XP, but packed as 939. I can't make out the package number because of the heat spreader.

It does like like a 32-bit version of Athlon 64.
