| Those RAMs on the IBM memory SIMM are 256K x 16 multiport video RAMs, 3,3V versions. |

I dont understand what photo do you want me to upload... that IBM "card", "board" or what it is has both sides pictures uploaded....

9314PQ is IBM plant / production line info.. appears on many chips
