Anyone catch these two auctions?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/250891368331
http://www.ebay.com/itm/300598933068
It appears that the auction was ended early. $45 each seems very very cheap for these two CPUs.
Searching the forum for this user ID turns up some not very nice results about the user. Apparently this user has cancelled auctions before and was at one point being monitored by the FBI. Anyone bid on these or is the seller just up to the same old tricks again? Any idea what the motivation is behind posting and cancelling these auctions? Gathering attention perhaps, as in free advertising, perhaps? |

It's a mysterious CPU collector who buys all engineering samples on eBay. Well, him, and _**_. I've heard that n**g frequents this forum, and his nickname starts with "C", and ends with "k"
Good price for these type of chips.

| I was just waiting to bid on them. Guess it pays to make an offer to the seller ahead of the end of the auction. |

Always worth a try, especially if you know the seller fairly well. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
