do you buy working old laptops? i can search for you.. just tell me what you are searchin for ... told ya that my new hobby is to buy old laptops, try to make em work and if not, remove the cpu for collection ...

I often rate 5 or 6 star for bga or TCP chips because it is quite rare to find them unsoldered or fully clean dessoldered. So rarity rating is for "full cpu", not unsoldered cpus with missing balls or legs.
If one day I will have time to update my site, I will let collectors rate the rarity of chips and show the average rarity.

it's a good ideea... but not all collectors.. just few of them .. you should start an online project (like that one with pentium timeloine) .. so even if you dont have enough time maybe sombody else has...

.. i got few
