Hello,
VERY nice chips. They are Unisys A7 CPUs. The 2nd is in fact a multichip module, processor + cache.
Great addition to your collection.

Hi,
here is an interesting link: http://www.retrocomputingtasmania.com/home/projects/unisysaseries. The chip in picture 11.jpg is the SCAMP microprocessor (not to be confused with the much older SC/MP!!!); internally it looks like the multichip module in that page, even if your is a bit different externally. The Unisys SCAMP (1988/9) derives from the long lasting line of Sperry UNIVAC commercial mainframes and it can be considered as a VLSI implementation of that successful architecture. It's a very conservative CISC design, not so powerful but suitable for database and COBOL applications. It would be nice to find the entire CPU card.

beautiful card ! aa.jpg this chip look like one of the chips on the board, maybe processor 、controller or FPU ?
