Hello,
I would like to know please whether it could be possible for me to upgrade from :
* (Cyrix) IBM 6x86MX-DVAPR300HF (66 MHz 2.9V FCPGA), 233 MHz (300 MHz rating, 66 MHz bus) 296-pin flip-chip staggered ceramic PGA
to
* AMD K6-2 533 - AMD-K6-2/533AFX 533 MHz 321-pin ceramic staggered PGA or AMD K6-2 550 Mhz

Yes you can if you have mainboard with Super Socket 7 (posible use multiplier 5.5x and FSB 97 MHz). _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
