AMD Phenom II X4 980 worth it?

I currently have a Phenom II 965. I was wondering is there anything different between the 965 and the 980 besides the clock multi being higher? Any other new features or changes? I was thinking of upgrading, but I am only interested if they changed something other than the multi bc that can be done in BIOS.

If you have black edition with unlocked clock multiplier then they are the same. The only difference is higher default frequency.

It depends on what version of 965 you have. If you have 965 BE with C3 stepping (HDZ965FBK4DGM), then only clock multiplier was changed from 17 to 18.5:

Yes, that's the one I have. So there would be no point in upgrading.
