Super-cool Peter. No idea what device this would be from.
The Motorola chips are first-generation (1960s) ECL-gates, which were super-fast for their time (almost 10x faster than other technologies). Let me know if you have another one  |

Hi,
yes, it's a Telefunken TR440 card, and it's really rare and difficult to find. Note the PCB's organization with separate power and ground planes. This helps to reach the max. performance of the ECL circuitry. Great item for your collection.
