Did someone know if I can upgrade the CPU TMSMT30BQX5LD from my laptop Asus z92ook with this model of CPU TMSMT34BQX5LD.

no reason why not.. both same TDP so cooling wont be an issue either

not sure if you will notice any improvement changing between the 2
