Minor correction - K573RF2 is 16Kbit (2K x 8 ) EPROM, clone of Intel 2716.

yah the russian characters mean RF in english
573RF1 = 2708
573RF2 = 2716
573RF3 = 16k x 16 (no Intel eq)
573RF4 = 2764
573RF5 = 2716
573RF6 = 2764
573RF7 = 27256
