My Z80 knowledge is limited and Google did not say mauch. Could not find GSS under Z80 here on cpu-world.
The bottom one. What is GSS? A manufacturer or a just a specific marking?

GSS is probably GoldStar Semiconductors. They also marked their Z80 chips with "GS" and "GoldStar".

Thanks for the GSS info!
Now, what speed is it?
Is GSS labeled the same as Zilog and in this case A = 4 Mhz?

Yes, GoldStar chips are marked the same way as Zilog chips.
