look at the picture names, they are simply from ebay listing

Yes, and they came from Germany with other two IBM MCM

may be one will be for sell in my next sale

I received them
they are unusual MCM on PCBs, not on ceramic
I'm not really sure what they are, and if the underside contact are for some kind of socket or only interconnect between the various gates

I can solve this now!
These MCMs belong to a Fujitsu VPP parallel vector supercomputer! Very Happy
Depending on configuration they were named VX, VPP300 and VPP700
and have been introduced in 1996. Peak performance is 2,2 GFLOPS
per vector unit / PE)
In this PDF you can find a picture of one PE (processing element with
own scalar- and vector-unit) hosting ten of these air-cooled MCMs each:
