Hi,

I am in need of some information about SL7PM's and SL8HZ's. The following are the questions I need answers to and explanations if you have them. If you could help me on this, I would really appreciate it!

For the SL7PM's... "Hybrid integrated cirucuits are microcircuits built up on an insulating substrate on which a thin or thick film circuit has been formed. Then, semiconductors must be incorporated and mounted on the surface, either in the form of chips, whether or not encased, or as encased semiconductors. Finally, the components must be combined indivisibly." The question is...Does the intel SL7PM meet each of the above requirements?

For the SL8HZ...A) Is the circuit on the substrate formed by thick film technology or thin film technology? B) What semiconductors are incorporated in the item? C) Are the semiconductors mounted on the circuit?

Again, if you could just give me some brief answers and explanations for these, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
