They are usually listed under 6x86 rather than 686. Have a look here

I had looked the but the closest I could find was IBM 6x86MX-DVAPR300HF
This one is IBM 6x86MX-CVAPR300HF and I'm not sure what the D & C stand for

The D and C denote the clock multiplier. A is 2x, B is 2.5x, C is 3x and D is 3.5x.

Because the B before the VAPR means 2.5 multiplier and this has a multiplier of 3.0
I just checked now when chook posted above about the multipliers. I got this chip a bit over a year ago. |

guessing it was a BVAPR200GB 2.5 x 66MHz
notice the 233GB is a slightly larger font _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Very hard with Cyrix & especially IBM parts
BVAPR200GB part used FRUs of 01L4257, 01L4776, 01L4888 & 01L4889
but 01L4257 was used for AVAPR166GA, AVAPR166GB, AVAPR200GB & BVAPR200GB
01L4888 was used for AVAPR166GB, AVAPR200GB & BVAPR200GB
01L4889 was used for AVAPR200GB & BVAPR200GB
but all known gold cap 233 parts used 20Lxxxx or 21Lxxxx FRUs _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
