Just wondering, what's a reasonable price for an IBM 4381 MCM? They seem to go around USD$250 when I see them on eBay, but I was wondering if that's too high. Any input is appreciated.

gold recovery guys will pay up to $120 - 150
a collector may pay more, but the recovery guys are who is setting the final price

I think those chips are underestimated and in near future they will be worth double or triple of that.

I'll take it for that price. I'd *love* to have one in my collection. I used to just collect Intel chips, but i've added a lot of other makes and rare oddballs to my collection. I just got two brand new Transmeta CPUs (never mounted BGA's) the Crusoe and the Efficeon. If you still have it, PM me and we can work out a sale. Smile
