Is it ok to install Windows Vista Ultimate on my Centrino Duo with a 2 GB RAM? will it make my comp a little slow even though i have a 2 GB RAM? do you think my laptop might heat up too much?

Vista Ultimate 32bit would run -okay- with 2GB, but it's the lowest amount i'd run. 64bit would be better with 4GB RAM.
