Two PACEMIPS chips are: MIPS R3000 processor (top one) and MIPS R3010 FPU (in the middle).

Pacemips = Performance Semi 33 MHz MIPS R3000 (CPU) and R3010 (FPU).
No idea about the LSI.
Do you want to trade or sell the Pacemips?
