How can the AMD A6-3600 APU (2.1GHz/2.4Ghz) score a higher benchmark than faster clocked A6 models such as the A6-3670 (2.7GHz)?
This looks like a mistake. |

There is no A6-3600 APU in CPU-World benchmark database yet.

So what is this then
| Code: | | www. cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html |
There is a figure for AMD A6-3600 APU of 4,237. Is this based solely on user supplied numbers? |

You're right, they are submitted by users, so there is no consistency between benchmarks. Also, those are not CPU benchmarks, they are system benchmarks, that is they depend heavily on performance of all system components. By the way, cpubenchmark.net is not associated with CPU-World. Your thread title confused me at first.
