This info might be nice for all guys of you
who also like and collect ALUs!
The ImageALU800 was taken from a Datacube MaxVideo200 VME graphics unit,
likely used for professional video editing. Findable on ebay of course
but mostly very spendy...
PDF says this ALU can utilize 60bits for processing and 20bits
for output so I think thats why the ALU is called ImageALU800
(sounds better than ImageALU80 or 60)
Manufacturer of the ALU was obviously Oki, one of the
latest and last single-chip ALUs in a beautiful package! |

Nice chip!
Some producer consider a cosmetic design when make cpu or chip, which would leave some nice art.  _________________ **********************
