There is an auction with this CPU not present in your database, if needed I will post the link

It'd be interesting to see a picture (if there is one).

Yes, I know... After first isa-d's post I looked at other ACZM processors, and compiled a small list of steppings and date codes. My goal was to see if the ACZM processors are different from ACZ, or if they are the same chips with old/new style of markings, depending on their production date. Here is my list:

--- 450 ---
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM A 0005FPAW ES (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM A 0006BPBW E.S. (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM A 0009FPBW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM A 0012MPMW (PCA)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0015MPMW (PCA)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0019MPMW (CMDE)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0022FPMW
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM A 0025MPMW (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0031APMW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0033MPM (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ A 0037MPM (X86G)

--- 475 ---
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0005OPBW ES (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0006BPBW E.S. (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0006BPAW (PCA)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0012MPMW (CCCA)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0009FPBW (X86G)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZM A 0013APDW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZ A 0017EPBW (X86G)
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZ A 0022BPAW
AMD-K6-2+/475ACZ A 0023MPM (PCA)

AMD-K6-2+/475ADZM A 0004CPAW (2.1V) CW

--- 500 ---
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZM A 0005EPAW ES (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZM A 0006APCW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZM A 0013MPMW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0025CPDW (OCCZ)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0030DPEW (X86G)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0032MPMW (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0033APBW (CI)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0037MPMW (PCA)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0039DPMW (X86G)

--- 533 ---
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ* A 0025MPM? (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0028DPMW (EB)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ* A 0030MPM (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0030CPMW (CCSE)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ* A 0031MPM (CCCA)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0036EPAW (PCA)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0037MPMW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ* A 0037MPM (OCCZ)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0039DPBW (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ* A 0041MPM (CS)
AMD-K6-2+/533ACZ A 0043MPMW (EB)

--- 550 ---
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0020DPBW (X86G)
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0024EPAW (CHDB)
AMD-K6-2+/500ACZ A 0026VPEW
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0029CPFW (EB)
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0031EPDW (EB)
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0040CPCW (OCCZ)
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0042MPMW
AMD-K6-2+/550ACZ A 0044EPFW? (CW)

--- 570 ---
AMD-K6-2+/570ACZ A 0020OPMW (CS)
AMD-K6-2+/570ACZ A 0021BPAW
AMD-K6-2+/570ACZ A 0026MPMW (EB)
AMD-K6-2+/570ACZ A 0030BPAW (CW)
AMD-K6-2+/570ACZ A 0031EPMW (CW)

The letters in parenthesis is the abbreviation of the source (CW - CPU-World, CHDB - ChipDB, etc). My theory was that, starting from engineering samples, all K6-2+ mobiles used ACZM suffix, and later switched to ACZ suffix. The theory may be incorrect because there is an overlap in date ranges between AMD-K6-2+/450ACZ and AMD-K6-2+/450ACZM chips. There is no overlap for 475 and 500 MHz parts. I don't know what to think at this point...

Another thing I wanted to check if there is any correlation between "*" at the end of part number and production date. As you can see from the list, there were K6-2+ 533 MHz chips with and without the asterisk produced same week.

top of my list at the moment... is that is marking for a particular OEM
like the * (star) is likely for IBM or other OEMs

guessing nothing different with actual processor.. but more likely the testing regime

here is old list of K6 with & without the * I made a while ago
