Hey guys,
I changed my name and I am working on changing my look
The last guy that was hosting my site went under and because of the problems I was having trying to get my name moved I just changed it.
I am now using The CPU Shack to host my site located here: http://theintelcollection.com/
I am still taking photos daily and so there are a few broken links that I haven't gotten to yet. Here is an example of how my photos look now:
I am using wafers as a back ground for my photos. What do you think?
Those of you that have sites please add me to your link bars and if I don't have you on mine I will add you as well.
Thanks,
Lee

Hi Lee,
i changed the link on my website.
your website is the biggest Intel Collection i know, congratulations
f.e. 16 different Intel C4004
only one thing:
as a collector i prefer chip pictures from both sides (top and down) to see more details. (but most collector sites are showing only one side) _________________ best regards borris

Great collection!!
It'd be better though to open all pages in the same window. _________________ Collecting soviet and western CPUs once again -- highfive to old-timers o/ |

I had two sides posted before but that is allot of picture taking
I still have to take pictures of all my 386 CPUs and higher... And I only made it to the 8088 on the main page. I still have 2 1/2 rows to go.
Maybe tomorrow I will get a few more posted.
Someday I will even add information about the chips like everyone else but for now I will just be happy to get the photos competed.
Thanks Borris!
Lee

I had it that way originally but when I was going from chip to chip and I kept have to hit the back arrow everytime it and sometimes there was the big pause... So I just defaulted everything on the main page to open in a new window. I may change it back later...
Thanks Slava,
Lee

I updated the link.
By the way, when I was creating a thumbnail of your site logo (Picture6.jpg at the top) I noticed it's a 3740 x 577 300KB image that is scaled down by browser to 852 x 140. It's good idea to scale it manually in Photoshop or other graphics editor to 852 x 140 - this will make it smaller (and faster to download), and it will look better.

If you are serious about buying Photoshop, you may want to try http://gimp.org. It's free and can do almost as much.

But the site is nice of course |
You are right! Compared to your photos mine are enormous! Scaling them down a bit will have to be a later project |

Thanks, I got there in under 5 years but it did cost me a little bit. I still have about 30% of my collection that I still have to take pictures of but the site is coming along.
I can probably help your collection if you have anything for trade. I have a lot of duplicates of some really rare chips.
