Hi and Welcome the the group!
It's not mentioned in Geo. Phillips "Collector's Guide to Vintage Intel Microchips" and the closest number to it that is mentioned is a 24 pin DIP:
Intel i3232, Address Multiplexer and Refresh Counter for 4K DRAMs
1976
Could be a new discovery!
