Hello,
it's a DEC T2054-AA CPU board, aka KA66A (VAX 6000/600 "Neptune" or 6600). The NVAX chip runs here at 72 MHz. The 2nd big chip is the NEXMI controller DEC 249B. It's a semi-custom design based upon a CMOS standard cell architecture, and it contains 250K transistors. This complex component handles the data flux between the CPU and the system bus. The upper right corner of the board is the "XMI corner", with bus interfaces and buffers.
