Hello,
I just received these two cpus from a friend. The picture shows the top and the bottom of the two cpus.
The orientation notch on the 8008 looks very large, almost looks like it has been filed out by hand. The gold colored plated top has silver showing through around the edges.
Looking at these pictures, are these genuine or fakes?

They look pretty much real, I've seen them with groundstraps like that. Infact my C8008-1 looks exactly the same.  But then again, how can a fake be spotted? The only real way to know is by testing it in a system. |
