Hi all,
I have decided to sell my RCA Evaluation Kit.
Some of you may have seen the post I started back in 2006 on this kit soon after I bought it

I have today taken new Photo's which are posted here just to show exactly what is in this auction
I am going to give Forum members the first opportunity to buy this but if I feel that the offers I receive are not high enough I will take my chances and list it on eBay.
You have 72 hours to PM me with your offers in US$
If I decide to accept an offer from a forum member I will not be posting who has been successful or the price paid.
Payment to be made by PayPal using the friends option or add paypal fees
You may ask any questions you have here if you wish so that other forum members can benefit from information gained or by PM, your choice.
You will receive everything in the photo's posted here.
Weight of the Items all together is approximately 5.7 KG so plus Box & Packing could be up to about 7 KG.
I will post below approximate costs of shipping.

I have reason to believe that the CDP1802DK Processor on this Evaluation Kit is a VERY RARE Military Version denoted by the "K" Suffix
The "D" designation is the temperature range (-55 to +125C),

No idea If MillSpec dont See Every Day White RCA 1802 ......
If u offered only the Cpu board .......Im Will Interested n this .....

Hi all,
As I have interest elsewhere on the Evaluation Kit with any CDP1802 Processor in it I will also consider offers for the "CDP1802DK" Processor Chip only.
I must also emphasize that all offers must be in US$ please

Assuming it is all original, as supplied as the evaluation kit ( I am not suggesting it is not orignal ), then wouldnt the chips have MORE value in their ecosystem, rather than hidden away in a piece of conductive foam in the bottom of an old converted tool box? |

I agree with you 100% but it would appear that I can get better value by offering it this way. I had a substantial offer for the CDP1802DK only put to me some months ago which I rejected and which has now been increased so I have to be pragmatic about it and consider all options.

Well I can report that the CDP1802DK has been sold to a forum member for a price I am happy with.
I am not going to state the member's ID or the price it sold for as they can do that themselves if they wish to.
