All technical specs seem the same, although oddly the minimum voltage for the B73 is lower. The B73 is marketed as a "business class" (?) CPU. Is the only difference between the two marketing?
One is on the way to me, it was being sold off at a very nice price. There isn't a whole lot of info on this chip out there but indications are it will outperform my Core 2 Duo E6600, so I'm giving it a try. |

If I recall correctly, "Business Class" for AMD means that they guarantee availability of those parts for 2 years, and that the part is guaranteed to be compatible with some designated business class platform (i.e., chipset).
Other than this, I think the parts are identical. |

"Business Class" processors are aimed at OEMs, and users don't care about their longer life support. There may be some minor differences between business class processors and normal processors, but in most aspects they are identical.
