Hey Chook,
I offered worldwide-shipping in the ebay options,
there might be any error on ebay again.
Or ebay Australia requires PayPal-accepted option in the listings
to make it available. But I do only offer PayPal-payment for
non-german buyers to safe some fees so did not activate
PayPal accepted-option although I will accept!
Did you try to bid on German or Australian ebay?
If you bid on German ebay please note there is another
currency format like €1,00 (this is exactly one Euro, with comma
instead of point to separate the cents!)

you have to sign into ebay.de
wont allow bidding from ebay.com or ebay.com.au

That's a bit odd. Usually if you set worldwide postage it allows bidding from other eBay sites.

paypal is not a standard payment method on ebay.de
so if not marked as payment method listings wont be available on Oz or US ebay
