It should work in your laptop. It will run hotter under load due to higher TDP, and you may not be able to overclock it.

Thanks Man. I've been search and asking for a week now. Good.

My CPU Currently Runs At 68C At Low Load And Has High Has 88C At High Load Like Trans-coding A Blu-Ray.

I will just watch the temp and if it gets hot I can just switch back to the old one.

Your actual temp. are very high. When you replace CPU clean heatsink and fan from dust and use very good thermal grease like Arctic Ceramic 2.

So that temp is high? I thought it was because of the high clock rate 2.8GHz. So is Arctic Ceramic 2 the best or whats better?

Thanks.

Would you buys this: http://www.amazon.com/Arctic-Silver-CMQ2-2-7G-Ceramique-Tri-Linear/dp/B0052LAVPG/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1337192943&sr=8-3
