Just to make sure we're talking about the same part, the item in question is a 20-pin SOP/TSOP package part. It shows to be a high speed quad comparator (20ns prop delay, low power, common Vss). Pretty common part, and a common industry equivalent (the MAX978) runs about $4 each in tape reel quantity (500+). The IST200 doesn't show to be a hardened part though.

we are not sure about it but it was claimed that with the following purposes
-millitary purpose
-use in flight computer
-use in microcontroller/microputer
-high ended power voltage monitoring
-high radiation environment usage
-fulfill DoD criteria Intesil UHF2x-CMOS

we did ask some IC traders and they have no information and found this IC categorise in rare/obsolete/no more production IC.

Price echo around the market is from US$5(chinese IC traders) to US$2x (US IC traders). also, those IC traders bluffed they could provide but no one can provide more than 1000 pcs as we contacted quite a no. of traders and channels/platforms. any more people want to verify this?

was thinking it could work under extreme radiation environment(military needs I guess), then how we gonna make fun and test/verify this, hope to meet some IC designers/engineers to tell.

anyway, very appreciated your views
