I have a DIP chip here, hard to identify whether it is D8080 or D8080A
Print cannot see very clearly.
In particular angel, it can be seen:
D8080
S2131
2249C
Inte '74
I scanned and take photo with a LED magnifier. All photos are about the same chip.
I can't find any info about "S2131", anybody know?
Please help me to identify. Thanks! _________________ Want List

will be a D8080A
the S2131 is a stepping and new ones turn up every so often (and you wont find any info)
is there a date code on the bottom?
by the print layout.. guessing 78 or early 79
is there a indent in the bottom of the ceramic? _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
