This photo shows 3 different views of 3M PCB ASMs found on a circuit board inside a vintage test and measurement device. Does anyone know if these are collectible? If so, what value?

I couldn't find these anywhere online. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Marty

Looks like some kind of epoxy potting used to conceal/protect the circuitry inside.

No value unless you can find out what it was used in and for, even then, unless it is special it's not worth much. Post details of the board these came from.

"REV Y" is a clue.. do we assume there were 24 versions before this?

It came from a 3M test & measurment device used in industry to test other electronics equipment.

Rev CC is printed on another one.

My fear is scrapping something worth more than scrap to a collector, so, just in case, I listed it on eBay.

Listing it as gold scrap might attract the magpies and get you a few more $.

I agree, but I'm too honest. There's not much other than the gold pins in terms of gold-scrap value encased in the epoxy. It would be a rip-off for anyone to buy it for gold scrap.

Either someone will want it for their collection or not.

I appreciate the thought, though.
