EDIT: I GOT SUCH A CONVERTER
Here are a link to my CPU collection (from April 2011) without Slot CPUs, no pictures made. The collection is much bigger now 
I would trade nearly each CPU(s) to get a ASUS C-P6S1

I got the PPros trays from Ebay in the US and also two times here in Germany. They are really rare.
I saw the trays when gold dealer sold their PPros. I asked the dealer if I can buy the trays without the PPros
