It should be 66P1850. |

I would be looking at early SX1000 chipset Superdome cell boards for PA8800/8900 & Itanium 2s
EDIT >> I suspect it is the ASIC "Cell Controller" used on the SX1000 version of Integrity Superdome cell board
on a side note the different SX1000 board part numbers start with A6866..
and cell board parts start with A6866....
cant find a good pic of a SX1000.. but here is the SX2000 board
Where the heat-sink/fan is.. is where the Cell Controller is

I found something intereting. I believe there are two type chip.
One is cell controller used in Itanium system as you mentioned. That is the one bought from picur10. Another one is is the processor mentioned by gshv.
I'll post the picture later to show the difference. |

two type of controller. Upper one came from itanium board (according to picur10 say); lower two is unknown.
Lower two are thicker than the upper one but has the same pin. |

My dad is working in a high position at HP.
Thats is what he found. Is is not a CPU but a SupportChip for a SuperDome Server; like Neon_WA said.
Sorry that i blanked lot of the informations, but i don't know if i can publish all of them. _________________ i440BX
