Best UpGrade for AMD Mobile Sempron SI-42 - SMSI42SAM12GG

Recently purchased a Toshiba L455D-S5976 ($278 at Wal-Mart!) with a single core AMD Mobile Sempron SI-42 - SMSI42SAM12GG. I was told it is only a 32-bit processor BUT I see it is a 64-bit.

My question is ... What is the best dual core 64-bit processor replacement for what I have?

The guy upgraded it to RM72, but, I would think than any RM-7x and ZM-8x processor will work.
