the ShXXX Series Of Siemens Are mostly Custom Chip.....No Luck to find Out what is.......
SH100G IS GateArray Siemens Stuff...... So some Custom similar part for Sure..... |

I found that Infineon has also produced the same type of chip,So my judgment is unlikely that the CPU. |

Infineon is a spinoff of Siemens' semiconductor division, so it's not surprising that they also produced it. I've seen some 80186/80188 parts made by them.
