I've never seen a 486DX at 25Mhz, and this is the first time y seen one. I believed that the slowest 486DX was the 486DX33. Nice CPU! |

I have also completly missed the DX-25. I thought the SX-16 was the only missing in the 486 section of my collection. Also that the SX-16 was the first one.
You learn something new every day!
Nice find!

I have two 80486-DX25 im my collection.
one thing i don't understand. I thought the first character of the FPO number determines the production country.
One has the Number SX308 I95023303 and one SX328 L0440240
But both of my DX-25 have written U.S.A on the back side.
Does anybody have a list of the country-code? (i thought i saw a list on cpu-museum.de but i can't find it any more) _________________ best regards borris

For me, L was for Malaysia. And E for Philippines. |
