Hello,
the hybrid module with many EPROMS is really nice, never seen before one like this. EPROMS are Atmel's 512K x 8, CMOS (27C040).
The HP chip marked 1826-0999 is a high speed amplifier used in several HP instruments like the counter 5328A.

Thanks for the great information, I don't know how people identify these chips, there is a lot of experts on this fourm including yourself. For me I just started collecting the chips because they looked cool.
