the AMI are custom chips.. part number starts with C

on this particular chip they have used internal die code name C5B
C5B denotes Samuel2 core
0E denotes 5th core revision
I still need to work if they skipped any letters used in core revision
Looking all my C3s in my database it appears they didnt use the ES marking unless the chip was likely to released to a OEM
this also why there are no print marking on the heat-spreader cap
for reference even thou it is not dated.. will be likely from around week 30 2001 _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Thanks for that Berni as I also have some of each type of these Proms as well.
Would love to know what the NCR Marked ones are if anyone knows _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |
