| it depends.. in the US at least, if its been under a week i think, paypal can reverse a transfer to your bank. i didnt deal with that too much though. or with other countries. the banking systems work different in every country. so whats possible in the us may not be possible elsewhere |

If you're saying that you get emails 'from paypal' warning you about things all the time, then 99% of the time those aren't from paypal.
If you think the email might be legit, go to paypal's site yourself and log in. if theres anything they want from you they'll ask you then. don't click on the links in the email, or youll probably get ripped off. |

Ya I have to agree too, with the "anti-Paypal" thing!
I tend to chose an alternative way of payment---> Hyperwallet works real good for me ,and of course there's allways good old "Wire Transfer"(from one account to another) that way all transactions are traceable and there's no "in-between" party like Paypal.
I've boughten a Motherboard from someone threw Paypal and once the item got here it was "obviously"defective(DOA). Well this "clown" did'nt want to admit to fraud ofcourse,so I did the whole "Papal" arguement thing and guess who lost?----> Yup thats right, not the "clown". So -$187 later...I moved on to other methodes of payments(Hyperwallet,WireTransfer).Works for me |

What will happen in the same case (item DOA) if you pay with Hyperwallet, WireTransfer ? |

Well, I never had it happened threw Hyperwallet, but it did happened to me once when I used Wiretransfer.I had an obviouse case of fraud and the "paper trail" from one bank account to another was easy for my bank to trace. They imediatly refunded my money!
As for Hyperwallet, payment is right threw your bank account as well, so with that said, I think its the safest way to go! |

Sorry that I havn't check the forum for long time since I am traveling now. I am now in Taiwan, but will leave for China and then Japan soon. AND I am not the one who bought the chips from you; my friend did. He was frustrated because I told him about the auction, he bid and won the auction, but he didn't received the chips (and you didn't reply his email??). He asked me what to do, so that's why I posted the question here.
To wuhao:
I just phoned my friend in the USA and he said he only got partial refund (US$2x.00?!) from Paypal. I will ask my friend to keep looking for the package. He will pay you the refunded portion once he received the package, please don't worry.
Regards,

hi nikko:
My paypal only have 2X.00 USD (I was very poor -_-#), therefore paypal most deducts above my account number complete USD. So long as my paypal account number has unnecessary US dollar, the system can unconditionally deduct - - - I am not to have any choice immediately.
Please tell you the friend: Thanks his patience the waiting. in China, we are use RMB. but when I had US dollar, I can compensate immediately for him - - - The definite mail has not received.
I also some do not believe this fact.
The Chinese postal service pays attention to the international mail very much. if has not delivered, can return the mail.
Carries on the transaction, we first want each other trust.
thanks.
