I would say thats pretty darn high, altho I dont have the axact same chip as that I have some samples that are very similar and they ran me anywhere from 10 to 50 USD. you can see them on my website here.

I just noticed the seller name - i have an ebay dispute ongoing with him - sent me 5 x i960 of which 4 were damaged solder balls so i doubt he would be in a good mood to accept an offer from me...... _________________ best rgds.
