Yes, it was a typo.
I testet all P1 up to SY045 today.
All, but the P1-133 Mobile, are working fine. Take a look to this file:

First picture is a photo of CPU-Z 1.14a and the second picture shows the CPU in the soket. One missing detail picture of the 150MHZ SY015.
My testbench is a no-name Sockel7 Board with i430FX chipset. Running Win95 and 32MB RAM. All CPUs running at his own speed, 3.3V Core and 3.3V IO, so undervolting the old ones and overvolting the mobiles. I'm sorry for that, but less voltage the board doesn't support.
