hi

I have these hardware in self-made gaming pc:

AsRock Z77 Pro4, Z77, LGA1155, PCI-E 3.0, CF, ATX
Intel Core i5 3450 BOX, LGA 1155, 4C/4T
Scythe "Big Shuriken 2 Rev.B" CPU Cooler
Asus HD 7850 DirectCU II 2GB, PCI-E x16 3.0, DP, HDMI

What should I set by Target CPU Temp in UEFI?
BTW are there other important UEFI settings, those that should are changed?

Because all 3 funs: cpu and both chassis fans where set by default "FULL ON" and I'm really unsure, if this is optimal.

BTW what do you set under "Power Saving Mode" in UEFI\BIOS, or you leave disabled by default?
