Hi

I got a few close up shots of the die on one of my mystery wafers. The container is marked "Burroughs" dated 32 Jan 1980 and device number 9314. it contains a number of identical wafers as per below photos. Any ideas dudes?

Is that an Intel "i" in the "iam" marking? Looks like it to me.
