ok, to get bach to the information track:
please have a look on the left side where the mbus contacts are. Isn't there a sun part number? something like 501-2352

ebay Item 5851316203 shows a very similar part.
As I am sure it must be a module for the SparcStation10 or 20 or machines like SparcServer 690 there must be a chance to find out the real frequency.
My own SS10s have both a cacheless card with a processor 390Z50 and not 390Z51.
The modules of my SS20 are totally different:-(

I am careful now Smile with fast and wrong information but as far as I remember the last digit told something about the cache and the forelast showed the frequency.
It also makes sense in this case that my cacheless module has a "50" cpu and your module with cache has a "51".

Still investigating ...
