not sure if V1.0 or V1.1 as it from the period when they changed over
newest V1.0 i have listed is week 43 1998
oldest V1.1 is week 11 1999
your NIB is week 45 1998

I'm not at home. I will let you know about the SMTD # later .
The Q0120 has an active heatsink.

I also bought NOS SL3EA and it is on the way to AVICC. The SL3EA has the passive heatsink.

Does all SL3EA come with passive heatsink originally?
I thought all P2OD come with active heatsinks.

All SL3EA have passive heat-sinks
They were produced that way, as their primary use was to replace Pentium Pros in super-computers
These systems had no facility to power active fans or even the space for them

EDIT >> this also why they dont have the P2 Overdive logo
Some Super-Computers took 5000+ ODs so saved a few dollars producing them Laughing

can you check if the AA number on the SL3EAs is actually AA737436-101 ?

Wow, imagine having to replace all those cpus! At one per minute, it would take over 10 working days.
